Katilia Vélez is a licensed mortgage loan originator who is passionate about serving first-time home buyers, first-time investors and those looking to grow their real estate holdings in order to create generational wealth. She is a former non-profit administrator, who specialized in development for community-based organizations. Her non-profit work led her to see the impact that home ownership can have in families and communities, ultimately leading her to focus on coaching people one-on-one.
Katilia is Spanish fluent, and lives between New Jersey and Puerto Rico. She is a fan of the arts and enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and friends.
