Bill was referred to me by a friend and I am so glad he was. He was a tremendous help in getting my mortgage 2 years ago and just recently he helped me re-finance to get an even better rate to save a large amount off of my monthly mortgage payments. Bill and his staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to answer any questions. It was a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend Bill to anyone looking to get a mortgage or to re-finance.

Working with Bill Halick at Aceltis Financial Group was excellent - my husband and I just bought our first home last month, and he was our full service realtor/mortgage professional. He walked us through the entire mortgage process since this was our first home and we were not familiar with any of the process. Bill was very responsive to all our questions throughout, is very positive and energetic and he helped us get an excellent rate for our 30 year fixed rate mortgage. If you are buying a home in Essex county, we recommend Bill Halick.

Had a great experience with Aceltis. My girlfriend and I were purchasing our first home and did not know the process or what to expect. They Aceltis team was very understanding of this and provided us all the info we need and broke things down for us step by step and made sure we were always on track. We were dealing with a very slow seller's attorney, which frustrated everyone in the process. The team at Aceltis made sure we did everything we could on our end to speed things up. We also worked with Aceltis and a credit repair company they referred us to to bring my girlfriend's credit up an unbelievable 60 points in about 45 days. We dropped an entire interest percent because of this. We could not be happier with how the entire process went from the pre-approval to the text message from the owner of the company on the day of our closing wishing us luck.

Bill and the team at Aceltis did a great job completing my loan under tight timelines. Conventional loan, but with an extremely quick turnaround. After receiving all necessary paperwork from me, Bill and the team kept me in the loop with regards to the loan status and important timelines without over communicating. Seamless process from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend Aceltis to family and friends.

If I could give this company a million stars I would. Chris is the reason why I own my home. There were so many factors in purchasing my short sale home and after being denied at the last second with my credit union, who had my documents for 4 months, I was referred by my realtor to contact Chris. Everything started to run smoothly, on the mortgage side, after my first conversation with him. Time was of the essence in my deal and I have no idea how he did it, but he was even able to secure a rate that was almost a whole point lower than what we originally started with. He was diligent, answered all my emails/calls in a timely manner and was just a pleasure speaking to over the phone. If you're not sure about choosing this company after reading this review then good luck! I know I couldn't have gotten better service elsewhere.

Chris Amodeo was wonderful to me and my family! He truly looked out for our best interest when getting our home loan. When I had questions about comparing interest rates with other lenders, He and his partner Bill were more than willing to explain my options. I had a really great experience working with Chris and Bill. Buying a home for the first time was really stressful, there's so many terms to remember and so many steps to complete. They helped to keep me organize the whole way through. They were also able to lock in a much better rate than the estimate Chase bank was giving me. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and will definitely choose them first if I'm ever in the market to invest in another property.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Bill when I purchased my first home towards the end of the summer. I was introduced to Chris from my realtor since I was a first time buyer and had nobody of my own. I couldn't have been happier. All of my "new guy" questions were answered and explained, he had me pre-qualified in what seemed like minutes, and talked me through the entire thing throughout the buying process. What can I say? If you want someone who is fair, honest, a great communicator, responsive and efficient, this is your stop! Chris was AWESOME and helped me through what can be a super stressful process, with ease. He was super clear about my options, helped me figure out the best road to take and then followed through with seamless communication. We first used Chris as first-time homebuyers when we purchased our home in January of 2019. He helped my husband have some weird error removed from his credit report, which boosted his score and got us the best rate on our loan. Since then (it is now June of 2021), he has kept an eye on our loan, and we have refinanced twice with him as rates dropped. There is a reason we have stuck with him! He is exceptionally patient, always answers our questions, and helps us find the very best rates and loan terms. We have personally recommended him to many of our friends, who have also been happy with his expertise. Chris works hard for his clients; he is trustworthy, responsive, and an all-around great guy.

This mortgage broker was very disappointing. I am retired disabled Marine I used my Va loan for the second time to purchase my retirement home in Rio grande PR. First off I received multiple closing disclosures. But what really got me was I received a closing disclosure day before closing for 10 k than on morning of closing I received another closing disclosure for over 13 k said they forgot to add some charges which is not legal the day of closing going to file a complaint with the department of veterans affairs va loan program this company is shady stay away. These guys are the real deal. I had an exceptionally difficult VA Loan, and 4 other brokerages weren't able to get it done, despite telling me over and over that they could. Aceland not only got it done, but made it as effortless and seamless as possible. We finally closed two days ago, and definitely couldn't have done it without them.
