A recent article in the Wall Street Journal, (see link here Getting the Best Refinancing Deal) discusses that with the recent government programs that have been released there are more options for people to refinance now and save.

The article talks about how some “big” lenders are bogged down due to the spike in volume.  Many of these giants are averaging 70 – 90 days to close a loan.  Luckily, one of the many benefits of working with a broker like us is that we have multiple channels to secure the deal with and therefore we are able to cut these turn times down to as little as 3 to 4 weeks.  Ok, now back to work!  Need to keep our turn times tight so we can keep beating your bank, credit union whatever!
